Once ut starts it wont turn off. I tested this and it gives about 2.5l/min at 40C with the guage reading nice and accurately, which is ideal for hand washing. Unfortunately that's where the good times end. Having tested it I turned it off, the flow stopped, but the heater did not and produced a huge cloud of steam while its temperature guage climbed to 80C+ in seconds with no sign of stopping. Running full cold stopped it boiling but the heater was still on so it immediately boiled again as soon as it stopped running, and I had to unplug it to turn it off. Summary. This is lethal, avoid!

There is NO regulator of the heat whatsoever and you get scalding hot water no matter what! DON'T be fooled by the lever, as it does NOT work the way it is supposed to: if you put it on a little bit, you get scalding hot water, but just a small amount; when you put it all the way up, you get cold water, but more quantity. There is no win with this thing and on top of that your fuses will blow up at some point, don't ask me how I know! It's just an appallingly badly made product, which you would have to pay to install and then to remove, not sure if it would be accepted as a return, but right now I don't want to even look at the thing that makes me feel super-embarrassed for even trying.

Rubbish. The top blew off when I turned the water on, water everywhere. No possible way of fixing it in place securely.

Took a chance for a small toilet, shocked on how good it is
