The file itself is really bad and damaging nails! It went straight to the bin after two attempts. However the case is nice and I use it with another glass file.

Budget priced, this Ambaa glass nail file comes with a purpose-built case with silver toned accents. The case - hard plastic with lift off lid and, like the nail file, branded - is very handy and makes it easy to carry the nail file around in a bag for use on the go. I've been using glass nail files for years and this one seems okay to me. I got this in the green option - a light pistachio that's rather attractive.With reasonable care, a glass nail file should last for years and is easy to clean by rinsing under the tap. If you find metal files or emery boards go right through you, as I do, give this a go. You'll find it makes filing your nails a much more pleasant experience. This nail file can also be used on real or artificial nails.

Other half gets split or chipped spots in his nails, so they're difficult to smooth out, most files are a bit rough(and the good metal ones are expensive), and buffer blocks tend to catch on those spots. This glass file evened out the rough chipped and split areas, then smoothed them out so he doesn't have to clip so close to the quick, or need to clip them in most instances.The case keeps it safe, and the thickness of it didn't immediately make him think it was glass.Gentle rinse, maybe a light scrub, followed by a wipe with alcohol and it's ready to go again, meaning that you don't have to buy frequent replacements as they wear down.I have been given this product and tested it for review. All opinions are mine.
