Not stable enough
The media could not be loaded. Overall I am happy with this product it turned out really nice and the cats loved it. It was easy to put together. However the screws and wall plugs given are not stable enough and the next day the two climbing pieces fell out. Will have to go to the store and replace them pieces.

Faulty shelving!
We put the shelves onto the wall and noticed the end of the shelving at the end of the cat bridge didnt seem too solid. Within 15 minutes of it being on the wall my cat climbs onto the bridge and the shelf with the ball on snaps in half. Shes only a 1 year old female kitten and is only small. Really not happy. Please can the seller contact me!

Excellent quality. Use your own screws and wall plugs.
This is an excellent cat wall climbing set. It is very good value for your money. Overall it is a good size and very sturdy. Only downside was the wall plugs and screws that were supplied weren't very good. Still, I highly recommend.
