Takes away muscle aches
This is one of the best combinations of vitamins and minerals to restore the health of your muscles and bones. The serving size is 3 but I can usually take 1 or 2 to elevate muscle pain from over exertion. Much better for you than taking pain killers.

Very large pills
The supplement is exactly what I wanted but the pill is way to big for me to swallow. I plan to open it up and put it in juice, which is fine. If you have trouble swallowing pills, please be aware this may cause an issue for you.

Bluebonnet is my choice for vitamins & minerals. This is NOT Vegan has Bovine gelatin & Soybean Oil.
Well, I won't buy anything but Bluebonnet vitamins and minerals because of the quality sources are the best and USA made in TX. ( This is my personal opinion and I am NOT paid to promote Bluebonnet products) When I find an excellent product they deserve the best reviews. I guess I don't understand why they didn't make this vegan like all the rest of their products? ( -1 star) I wasn't paying attention to the copy on the website order. The gelatin is (Bovine) I want to exchange if there is a vegan version, if possible. Back to asking Rufus for another Bluebonnet Brand equivalent to this one.

Pill is very large.
The pill is a soft gel but is almost as hard as a tablet. Way too large. Don't waste your money if you think you are getting an easy to swallow soft gel pill.
