L’Oreal Paris Excellence Universal Nudes Permanent Hair Color, Ammonia Free Hair Dye for Gray Hair Coverage, 4N Natural Dark Brown, 1 Hair Dye Kit

I previously had a copper tone in my hair and had to touch it up every two weeks. Over time my hair started to feel dry, damaged, and very frizzy from coloring it so often. I decided to try this shade hoping it would cover the previous color so I wouldn’t have to dye my hair as frequently. I’m really happy with the results. The color covered my copper tone very well and left my hair looking much more natural and even. One thing I really liked is the quality of the formula. My hair feels softer, looks healthier, and the shine is beautiful. It didn’t leave my hair feeling overly dry like some other dyes I’ve tried. I also loved that the kit includes a shampoo and conditioner. They made my hair feel very soft and helped add even more shine after coloring. It’s a really nice extra that helps your hair feel nourished after the dye process. I also included a before and after video so you can see the difference in color and how much healthier my hair looks now. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for good coverage and a shiny, healthier-looking finish.

I’ve been coloring my own hair for about 30 years. When I was younger, it was to just lighten my monochrome black hair. Now I have a little gray that I want to cover up and I still want a little bit lighter color. I’ve tried every variation of every home hair color brand, including L’oreal. But this L’oreal Excellence Universal Nudes is the one I’m going to stick with. Long-lasting color that’s not orange or red, it doesn’t stink or burn, and its formula is thick and easy to apply and doesn’t drip. I love the comb applicator too as I have short hair. The shampoo and conditioner that comes in the box is great. I wish they would sell it separately. I have healthy, touchable soft hair that looks like my natural color and makes me feel good about myself. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a $13 box of hair color.

I have been trying to get my hair this shade for years. I have only dried the front but the coverage is amazing! For reference my roots were darker brown, with grayish white hair, and the ends are lighter bc I was growing out from being blonde last year. I am so happy that the color is very even. The darker parts are still wet. I just hope it lasts a few weeks! I’m so impressed though! Bonus points for the ammonia free formula. Yay!

Good gray coverage, however because I wash my hair often the grays come thru around my forehead area in less than 4 weeks. The brown is a beautiful color and helped me transition from the dark blonde into a rich, warm brown which is closer to my natural black hair color. Didn't dry my hair out and was glossy not dull and dry looking. I do not use heat so I am not sure how well it does on hair that uses heat. I am mousse and go.

I really love this color. Some colors tend to pull out other colors. This does not. It’s a rich brown color. My only qualm is that I start to see my grays after 2 weeks.

Love it! I was using a more expensive dye and paid $35 for here on Amazon and it kind of made my hair coarse and unmanageable. Then I decided to go to a less expensive one and I tried this and my hair is soft and amazing and the color is the lasting. I suggest you buy it.

My regular brand and colour. Purchase every 6 to 8 weeks to maintain a fresh hair colour look. It covers grey very well. Ibdo keep it 10 mins longer on my roots then the box instructions pull through and leave on for 5 mins on the rest of my hair. Highly recommend for a natural daek brown colour

Great grey coverage! Comes with shampoo & conditioner that last 2 weeks (conditioner only-the shampoo is single use). The colour is a beautiful deep brown & the price is cheaper than anywhere I found in stores, even Wal-Mart. It’s lasted for more than 2 months with no fading. Great product-great price. Would highly recommend ❤️
