I love the fact that there room in the seat when I sit in it and it's not rubbing my sides, it's really fast so I can't ride in full speed in public , lol I use 2 speed to be safe. It come with it's own little bag on the back of the chair to put ur items in it. I like that I can mute the back up space when I need to. And easy to charge

We called the number. They said they’d replace the defective seat. Promise not kept. Silence. No follow up. The chair performs great. Still waiting for seat replacement. Surely Amazon wants its sellers to have honest product support. Hoping 😢

First the bad: it is 95lbs. The description says 50lbs+battery, but it is at least 75+battery. The description is wrong. There doesn't seem to be a way to put the chair in neutral/manual/free rolling mode. This is really important for safety because if the battery dies or something malfunctions, the chair needs to be pushable (they also say to pull it like luggage when folded - same problem). The user manual even says to put it in manual mode for certain problems. Support has now given me two methods of putting it in manual, the user manual has given me another, and the internet has given two more - NONE of them work / match the chair. I have also asked how to turn off the reverse beep (it's SO loud) but neither way they offered works. And the user manual? I now have THREE different versions, all from the company, and none match the chair. They're barely readable and it's more an editing problem than language. There are lines of text that start in one place then continue an inch down the page (one of them even with the page number in the middle of the text), if the line even shows up again at all. Every symbol shows up like an incompatible font. I really think they just stuck a whole document in a web translator and didn't bother to even check if the pages still lined up before publishing. Even if it was well written, it is really short and covers very little. I thought the battery would be removable to charge (and was kind of counting on getting a backup battery). It is not and only charges through the controller. For the good? I only used it once on an outing to the state fair for about 5 hours. It is surprisingly comfortable and almost intuitive to operate. I am 5'7" 190lbs sz 14, and didn't feel cramped at all. It is faster than most people walk. The turning radius is the chair itself (it will turn a circle in place). I think it would be fine on level and firm dirt, gravel, or grass but didn't try for more than broken pavement. I wouldn't trust it on an incline steeper than a standard accessibility ramp or on soft/soggy surfaces. I was really impressed with the battery life - I used it for about 5 hours, moving most of that time, and had more than half the battery life remaining.

Excellent compact wheel chair. First great in trunk. Went to busch gardens and never did the battery get low.

No - 800 —- number for contact information and the user guide has no pictures or video for the charging process .. mainly the company makes there liability known in all their information. Instructions that are provided are lacking for the user.

Part broken on it when it arrived. Price was high due to shipping cost.

I need resolution to my broken wheelchair. I contacted seller Jan 6 and I still have not been contacted back. I will amend this review once I get satisfactory results and will not post any negative reviews which is my next step later today. Will include pictures and videos of the issues with this chair.

I love it. It's perfect for my needs. Not crazy about the loud back up beep. The chair is so worth the money. Ride it all over the house. Goes good on carpet and tile. So easy to operate.
