I am 5’4, 128 lb, with a 29 waist and based on the size chart I bought an xs which fit almost perfectly. Just a little snug on the waist. The skirt is well made, it looks more expensive than it is. I will buy more in other colors. I was surprised and thankful for the stretchy part on the back which allows for this skirt to be tight to my waist but with some room to breath/eat lol Also has a zipper in the back and it is placed in a way that is hidden with the ruffled-stretched part. I am 5'01 tall so I am considered short and 170lbs so I usually wear 12-14 size in pants and this was perfect, it did reach a bit too long (right below my knees) would've liked it to be a bit shorter at least by my knees or 1-2 inches above my knees but this skirt looked so cute I didn't mind it.
