About 2/3 the size it looks in the pictures
The material is ok there just isn't much of it. You will have to twist the mop to get it to work in a standard rubbermaid type wringer; otherwise it is just too thin. My coworkers are not happy and I will not be buying these again. They seem well made. They dont hold much water
