They definitely gave me more energy but it also curbed my appetite and it made me sweat which is good because with the minimal exercise that I do. I lost 20lbs. You must follow the instructions as directed. It's 2 pills a day with food. Please understand no supplement is a substitute for exercise. You have to get active and the supplements plus exercise will = progress. Give it 2 months and not a couple weeks.
