This sauce i felt was quite poor. It has a very watery consistency, is hot but not unbelievably so, and has a tendency to separate sludge from oil in the bottle if left to stand. Price extortionate as well, overall very poor.

Also ich finde die Saucen von Mexican Tears einfach nur genial. Sie sind sensationell gut haben eine gut Schärfe von mild bis richtig scharf. Ich muss gestehen ich bin süchtig nach den Saucen von Mexican Tears. Sie geben jedem essen den gewissen Pfiff egal ob im Salat zum Fleisch,Fisch oder in der Suppe.Und was ich das beste finde sie haben nicht so einen künstlichen nach Geschmack wie andere Saucen und ich hab schon einige Saucen probiert. Mir kommt nix anderes mehr ins Haus außer Mexican Tears.

Mein Freund hat diese Sauce nun ausgiebig getestet und ist absolut begeistert davon. Endlich habe ich etwas gefunden, was ihm Tränen in die Augen treibt. Laut seiner Aussage ist die Sauce nicht nur scharf, sondern auch geschmacklich super!Einziges Manko: Die Sauce ist leider sehr flüssig und verteilt sich zu schnell auf dem Teller, deshalb mischt er sie immer mit einer dickflüssigen Sauce.Ich möchte noch ein großes Lob an die Firma Mexican Tears aussprechen! Es gab einige Schwierigkeiten mit der Anlieferung des Artikels. Einmal ging das Paket verloren, das zweite wurde beschädigt, jedoch wurde mir immer schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen.Hier ist der Kunde noch König! Vielen Dank :)
