good product
Not the cheapest product but it is good and reliable. We had it now for almost one year and the light is bright and clear.

Used for Lawn Tractor Headlights
These are nice and bright, very white. I put them in my John Deere lawn tractor as headlights. Much brighter than the incandescent OEM bulbs. One note: my lawn tractor's bulbs are driven off of the alternator which produces AC voltage. I put a bridge rectifier in the circuit to make it DC. I had tried some other bulbs before I added the bridge rectifier and they burned out immediately. Don't know if these are protected from reverse voltage, so that's why I made it into DC. Works using the barrel as negative, and the central pin as positive.

One word. BRIGHT.
This little light is what I'd like to call aggressive. I know what it said on the package for the brightness. It is bright enough to give off a lighter shade of amber color using the same cover. It reaches further than the halogen bulb. I don't mean any insult but I honestly didn't think these would deliver in the way they did. Aggressive is a good word for it. Now since this is not covered (glass shell) and I'm assuming that it getting wet will destroy these bulbs, I did put a ring of tape around the cover just to keep rain out till I get a bead of silicone to cover that gap. So while it may be more suited for indoors I just wanna say It's bright. It's aggressive. You get a lot of light for a small price.

Very bright, but too blue.
Very bright, but the blue tint is harsh on the eyes and doesn’t make it easy to see things like a little warmer white light.

Let there be light!
The old bulb went out on my front porch so I bought two of these and used one for the front and one for the back porch on the toy hauler. I am just blown away at how bright these are and they don't get hot like the old ones did. Very happy with my purchase if I need these again I will get them here.

Really are super bright bulbs I have them installed in my rv and would guess they are 3x-4x brighter then stock As for longevity I’ve only had them for 1 season so can’t say but would order again
