Very durable
I don't do a lot of reviews but after today I figured I should. I was very happy with the phone I received, no blemishes, worked and had good battery life. I've been very impressed with the durability of this phone, which was my number one priority, that and a replaceable battery. But after today I'm flabbergasted. I work construction and while up on three stages of scaffolding, about 21 ft in the air. I knocked this phone out of my belt clip, where it free fell all the way down to the stem wall of the foundation. It blew apart in pieces, the battery came flying out, the screen popped out and was just dangling by its ribbon and the case exploded. How Ever, After popping all the pieces back together there wasn't even a scratch on it. It still works fine, in fact I'm using it right now. This is by far the most durable phone I've ever had. And it does everything that I wanted to do just fine.

Can't wait for this to die so I can get a different phone
Bought this when my Sonim XP10 finally died - thinking it would be a slimmer and slightly less rugged (but still capable) replacement. Needless to say, there is absolutely nothing rugged about this phone. Its basically a 2010s smartphone design. Lots of plastic (that is marketed as rugged). Its almost an old Galaxy SII in build quality. Similar to a 2010 Android phone, battery life is atrocious. On a normal day with about 20% light usage (emails, 4-6 short phone calls, occasionally a couple YouTube videos) I get about 6-8hrs from 100% charge to 10% and a red battery bar. I initially thought I had a bad battery and ordered a brand new one, only to end up with identical results. Its filled with Samsung/Verizon crap bloatware and an OS that replaces perfectly useful Android apps (clock, Digital Wellbeing, etc) with way less functional Samsung versions for absolutely zero reason. If you're using it as an unlocked (cue: other than Verizon) phone, you also get constant popups telling you that you're not using a Verizon SIM card (duh). Annoyingly, these can't be disabled. GPS also died on mine after a couple months - so there's that. The USB port - which is covered on most rugged phones - is fully exposed on this one. Every time the humidity goes above 60% I get inundated with moisture alerts that disable charging. This thing is absolute garbage. If you're looking to spend whatever money this costs at the time you're reading this, consider just throwing it in a toaster.

Better than expected, very pleased
Better than expected, has aftermarket battery but it seems to hold a charge just fine, I love that I can replace the battery easily myself.

This purchase was a 10..
Delivered on time. Packaged well. Received exactly what was described. Seller rated this phone a 9.5 out of 10. I would give it a 10. If I need another phone in the future, I will go to this seller first. Keep up the good work.

Returning.
I ordered two phones. Both came with batteries that wouldn't hold a charge and the phones wouldn't even turn on. So had to purchase new batteries right away. Then come to find out both phones are Verizon locked and there's no way to unlock them with my current provider. So I'm unable to use the phones in any capacity.

The screen glitches occasionally. worrisome
The unit I received was an AT&T phone it's unlocked thankfully they did unlock it to use for my existing T-Mobile SIM card phone functions perfectly operationally perfectly no cosmetic damage whatsoever. however the screen has momentary flashes of lines going across vertically halfway through the screen from time to time it's not so often that it's unusable you can watch a whole movie and you wouldn't see it probably happens once a day or twice a day definitely some screen driver circuitry damage the Samsung Galaxy X cover 6 Pro was purchased as "renewed" I was expecting a returned or open box unit. The battery is not as good as I'd expect but thankfully it's removable so I can buy as many as I want with a separate purchase of a battery pack charging station. It has incredibly fast frame rate animations are smooth quick and there is no indication of a slow system everything is Snappy can't really say anything about the build quality because I'm not in the mood to test this phone against a brick wall but it does seem very durable and I'll take Samsung afterward sound quality could be a bit louder but it's definitely louder than my last phone but I've seen phones that have louder speakers. Headphone jack is at the top which is very nice running Samsung's oneUI skin with Android 12 definitely a improvement over Android 10. edit update: no changes have occurred phone is operating as expected the momentary flashes persist but have not increased in occurrence they don't bother me. strangely does not occur in landscape mode for like viewing videos or photos, I've noticed. the vertical lines only appear when I'm in portrait mode in any situation. Battery life is well hasn't gotten any better I'm planning on buying a new battery since it is replaceable so that's not something I'm going to take a star off since well you can improve the situation at your own peril it's not like it's a permanently installed battery like other undesirable modern smartphones.

Like new
Needed a replacement for my Galaxy S8 active. Haven't had an update for a couple of years. Love the toughness of the S8 so wanted to replace it with something just as tough. This Xcover 6 pro is really nice. Great features and replaceable battery is a great feature. Screen image quality not as good as S8 but still very good for my needs. Easily transferred all my stuff from the S8 and was up and running in about half an hour. Samsung Smart switch is a great feature for switching phones. Always have been satisfied with Amazon used/excellent products and this one is as good as expected. Like new and works great on T-Mobile network.

Network Locked.
the phone itself is functional, it is network locked. the battery that came with it was significantly weaker than one i bough that has the same rated capacity. Seems like its built like an amish barn and would love to keep it but again it arrived network locked.

Decent spec phone with a removable battery.
One of the rare phones that actually has a removable battery. I would rather have a replaceable battery than replacing the phone. This is especially true if the phone is dead due to the battery bulge and the planned obsolescence of phones not being easily repairable or get replacement parts. The seller is excellent and provided all the answers I needed and shipped the product very quickly. My only gripe would be the excess software Samsung installs as I need minimum amounts of apps and tracking ideally for privacy reasons.

Phone shipped partially unlocked doesn't update.
This phone came unlocked and works with my Canadian carrier but it did not come unlocked from the original carrier which is AT&T so the phone will not update for me. I think they should send me a completely unlocked replacement phone hopefully they do and then it will be five stars.

Locked to Verizon
The Phone was in beautiful condition but it was also carrier locked to Verizon. Then the seller wouldn't supply a paid shipping label for the return.
