I am officially obsessed with these ha. I was having bowel irregularity and so i really upped my fiber intake between having these and some other fiber bars daily which helped tremendously. But not only that - these taste amazing, I’m borderline addicted now ha. I’ve tried the banana, vanilla, peanut butter and chocolate ones and love them all (will eventually try all flavors). I now have to have (and love) having all the flavors in my cupboard to switch between each day (I usually have at least a couple a day). Also love how they’re small but filling so they make a great snack. And love the texture - they’re super soft but with a chewiness to them - very satisfying. And of course the amount of fiber you get in a single one is tremendous. Also the price may seem a bit high but these definitely last longer than I expected given how many you get in a bag and with limiting to say 2 a day (especially if you have 1 a day) due to the high fiber content - these are definitely worth it in my opinion. Highly recommend!

Fiome was a game changer for me! My digestion and gut health became very slow and unbalanced once I entered my 30s and I am grateful to have found a product that works gently and naturally. I love how simple and whole the ingredients list is. The bites taste great, like a small very satiating treat. Eating them consistently helps keep me regular, and also makes the whole process much smoother and easier. I can see a huge difference when I’m consistent with them and when I stop eating them. I think the value for money is fair considering it is a high quality product, manufactured in the US with high quality ingredients, and still stays affordable. Overall, I’ve been very happy with Fiome, and have been a repeat customer for about 2 years now.

I used to love these bites. They helped me increase my fiber intake and felt like a little sweet treat after dinner. The recipe changed, and now they're gross. I don't know why Fiome would change them when they were very good and did what they needed to. Please bring back the old recipe. Until that happens, I will not be buying these again.

Ordered this fiber for a vacation. Itvwill travelnwell. I had a previous flavor and decided to try this one. Not crazy about the banana flavor. We liked the chocolate peanutbutter ones better. So, I will reorder those again. It is a great wsy to take a fiber supplement. Easy to use, no mixing in water, just bite in enjoy. Works on the digestive system well also.

At first glance the bits looked liked big dog treats which isn’t an issue, I really enjoyed them, it reminds me of real figs I used to eat as a kid. Tasty, chewy, and incredibly healthy ingredients

First off — I hardly write reviews but I am obsessed with this product. I find it really hard to eat something right after I wake up and especially if I’m about to go for a run.This is the PERFECT bite. I take Fiome, eat a Brazil nut, drink some water and I’m good to go! Perfect morning ritual.I’m also very picky about ingredients and this has just a few very clean ingredients. It’s also packed to the brim with bites so lots of value for the cost.They’re really effective for me to hit my fiber goals every day (most people don’t get enough!!). My boyfriend has also been adding or mixing a few of them to his yogurt for added fiber.You have a customer for LIFE!!

This is a unique product. Not a gummie, not a powder and not another pill to swallow. I found only a few other products that sounded the same, but they had horrible ingredients or you had to eat a brick size of something. This is small, about 3 bites to finish, 4 if you don't inhale your food. I really like the taste.It does do the job. I have eaten it just before lunch with a cup of tea. The Bonus is that by the time I have lunch, I am not starving and I eat less. They are very low in calories. No more constipation. Only complaint is they are pricey.

Listen. I really loved this product. It helped me increase my fiber intake, which I genuinely need. But whatever y’all did with these new batches? I need you to put it back. Put the original back on the shelf. Immediately.First, can we talk about the packaging? The quality is not there. Very thin bag. But fine, I could overlook the packaging. What I cannot overlook is that you shipped me a brick. These are supposed to be little bites. Instead, they’re all fused together into one dense, oily mass.I appreciate the variety of flavors, I do. But the quality has taken a nosedive, and I’m not buying whatever this new iteration is until you bring back what was working. Please fix it. I’m rooting for y’all, but whatever this new thing is, CALL ME when you run out of it.
