The lamp has three kind of light (soft light, day light, white light) and each has five levels of brightness.You can adjust the top part approximately 300 degrees horizontally and 180 degrees vertically. Also you can adjust the connecting body about 45 degrees vertically. Because this lamp is thin and slim, it does NOT take up much space. Also it is not heavy, but very light so that you can move it easily.
