I was impressed right out of the box. The unit arrived with a factory seal, which immediately reassured me that it was clean and unused. No one wants someone else’s toe jam. Setup was straightforward and beginner friendly. I really appreciated that it included six blocks of paraffin, which is more than enough to get started right away. Personally, I find the included wax to be strongly perfumed. That is a preference issue, not a defect. I will likely switch to an unscented or lightly scented, dye-free wax in the future. *Bonus* there was an insert stating they would send you unscented wax if you have an issue with the lavender so that is on the way! Customer service was super easy to contact and extremely helpful! One tip during setup: I initially left the heat guard in place while melting the wax, and it took quite a while. Once I removed the guard and 2 blocks of wax, the wax melted much faster having direct contact with the base and the lid fit. After an hour I could add the remaining blocks. The included accessories are a nice bonus. It comes with a thermometer, plastic mittens and booties, and fabric covers to help retain heat. The quality was better than I expected. I do plan to upgrade to heavier fabric covers that are slightly larger. I wear a women’s 10.5, and while the booties fit, they are a bit snug but still usable. They kept the heat in for 20 minutes. The spatula and brush are useful if you want to apply wax higher on the wrist or ankle after dipping. Elbows were actually easy to dip directly due to the large, level basin design. Overall, this feels like excellent value for the price. The large capacity comfortably fits hands, larger feet, and elbows. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I’m very happy with this purchase.

I bought this paraffin dip machine for my wife, and she has been very happy with it. One of the best features is the multiple temperature settings. It heats the wax evenly and has a separate comfort range for dipping, which makes it easy to find the right temperature without overheating. My wife has very sensitive hands due to chronic eczema, so temperature consistency really matters. This unit warms smoothly and predictably, which has made the experience much more comfortable for her. She finds it soothing and uses it regularly as part of her hand care routine. Another plus is that it comes with all the necessary accessories, so there was nothing extra we needed to purchase. It was easy to set up and use right out of the box. Overall, this has been a thoughtful and worthwhile purchase. It does exactly what it promises and has made a noticeable difference in comfort and usability for someone with sensitive skin. I am so happy with this product! My hands have never been softer. My husband works construction and his hands are always rough. After using several times his hands have greatly improved! Thank you! I would recommend this to anyone who has dry skin that lotion just doesn't seem to help with. The heat is also soothing. Thank you for a great product!

This is a great machine. The heels of my feet have never felt smoother, and they stay that way for a very long time! My only reason for not giving this review a 5 is the time it takes to heat up the machine. It is over half an hour. But I simply start heating it sooner so that it is ready when I am ready to use it. The lavender wax has a very nice fragrance, and it is very easy to use the accessories that the machine comes with. I will not have to pay for pedicures in the future because this machine takes care of the dry skin issues that I usually pay a salon to take of. I would definitely buy again.

I'm so excited that I finally purchased this. I love the size of the tub. I have extremely dry hands and find that the paraffin wax has helped quite a bit. Instructions are great and I appreciate that it comes with a warranty.

Easy to use and comes with great supplies! This wax machine is very easy to figure out. The only thing I should've done differently the first time is put more wax in it since it takes quite a bit to cover your hand/foot entirely. It melts equally but do keep in mind it takes a few hours to melt completely the first time. The "comfort" heat setting is perfect for when you dip your hand/foot in. There is a plastic grate thing so you don't burn yourself on the bottom of the machine when you dip, but I didn't find it that helpful and after I removed it, I didn't have any issue with the temperature on the bottom. This machine is the perfect size for most people. I, myself, have small hands and feet so there's plenty of extra room. I also found that this was one of the best machines for the value. You get quite a bit of supplies plus the machine for the price. Overall I am very impressed with this machine!

This was my first paraffin wax experience and I absolutely LOVE this product my feet and hands feel so soft! The size of the machine is perfect to fit my size 10 woman foot. The wax took longer than 30-1 hour at first to heat up but once it was heated the first time it only took 30 minutes every other time. The wax is so easy to take off the brushes and to take out to clean the machine. The quality of the machine and wax is too tier! The only downside is I wish the set came with some other scented wax but overall it’s a 100/10 for me

Bought this for my mother who has really enjoyed it, she says it works very good for her hands since she has arthritis.

Fantastic priduct, was massively helpful in reducing pain in my hands. I would recommend for anyone looking for a therapeutic answer for pain to consider this product. I am seriously happy!

This product should not be listed on the UK. 110v is not safe. I therefore had to return, and source another from a different supplier. Very disappointed with Amazon
