My daughter ended up specifically pointing out this one as the one she wanted though, so I got it. It did end up missing the baby doll seat. I reached out to customer service and they were very nice. They didn’t have the original one available, but they were willing to send a different one, which is fine. Regarding the seat not going down, that appeared to be a problem at first. I looked at it a bit closer and it definitely should be able to go all the way down. I man handled it and was able to lower the seat the rest of the way. It’s a good bike for the price and extremely cute. We had no problems with assembly. There are holes in the handle bars for streamers. It looked like the box might have been taped back together, so that is probably why it was missing :( Hoping to get ahold of the seller for a replacement part and will update the review accordingly if we are able to assemble and use the bike. It looks of good quality and easy to assemble, if we can get the last part. *I went to the website listed with the bike and sent an email letting them know the bike was missing a part. They got back to me within 24 hours and a replacement part is now on the way, along with $5 extra back onto the credit card I bought the bile with.
