First time using this brand and like another review, I too agree that it taste and smell like rotten eggs or sulfur. At first when I mixed it, I noticed a sulfur smell then when I tasted it, even worst. I've never experienced this with other brands I've used. Sorry but I can't recommend this.

I mix it with organic coconut oil and spearmint essential oil and brush my teeth with it!!!I really love it!!!Also been adding it to my mixture of cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric and add it to what ever I drink for a detox.
