Love. Best ever. Love it more than my robot vacuum. No cord, light weight, great performance. 30 minutes run time. I can do my floors twice on one charge. Charge takes 6 hours. No problem with that for me. I make sure I run the battery down before recharging. Sometimes, that means I spend a couple of extra minutes. Rugs can always use another pass. My home is 6 rooms, hardwood plus area rugs. If you have full carpet, the battery will run down quicker. Low pile, it does good job cleaning. Shag, not as good.

I bought this for my dad to he could easily vacuum his dining room and kitchen. He loves it! I went to visit him and I used it, now I will be purchasing one, it's awesome! Suction is awesome, it is a bit loud but that doesn't bother me. It's a great weight, easy to empty, easy to clean, easy to charge. Vacuums low pile carpet perfectly! Very good purchase!

After spending 4+ hours online looking for a very lightweight but well-reviewed vacuum when my Shark bit the dust, (literally and figuratively,) I purchased this Kenmore vacuum. I had HIGH hopes for it. Cordless, which is great since I have a 3 story house and have to lug it up and down stairs, changing the plugs to nearest the stairs. I put it together almost instantly (loud clicks as it went into place) -- and put it on the charging stand for 5 hours. The light blinked as it should when charging, and then stopped when it was finished. I removed it from the charging stand, turned it on and NOTHING. NOTHING. NOTHING. It did not work, period. Then I decided to unsnap the liftaway part of the vacuum, turned it on and it blazed into action. Very loud and powerful. But as soon as I clicked it back onto the larger vacuum, it did not work. DEAD. I spent almost 45 minutes on the phone with Kenmore (after waiting on hold for 22 minutes) -- they had no solution. Could not send a new charging base (would take weeks), and said, "Send it back to Amazon." HA HA. Did you ever try to get the many parts of any machine back in the original packaging (all the little dents/holes/compartments in the packing material where all the "things" go?) I spent an hour trying to get all parts reassembled in the original packing material (and I am good with jig saw puzzles, but I failed at this). Oh -- and I forgot to also say it took me 30 minutes with a screwdriver trying to push down the round "release button" so I could get the top part of the vacuum handle detached from the body. It would not release. I now have to get a new manicure as my nails were destroyed in the attempt. I finally had to stand on the handle with a screwdriver pushed into the "release" button and do the splits to get the part to detach. I was covered in sweat by this time. Finally I got it all smashed into the original box without all the packing material, held the box together with my chest (husband out of town) -- and taped it over and over again so as to take it to Kohl's for Amazon return. --- On the way to Kohl's, it started to buzz LOUDLY inside the box. Yes, the top part of the "breakaway" vacuum had happily turned on from the on/off switch inside the box somehow. That was the part that had charged completely. I had to return to the house to unpack it all, take off the 30 feet or more of packing tape I had used to secure the box, and then build a little cardboard cup to put over the on/off so it would not somehow turn on again in the box. Spent another 15 minutes trying to close the box with my body and both arms and hands, and then took it in for exchange. All in all, it was a total waste of my entire day. The only good part -- I probably lost about 1000 calories in the attempt. For less than $100, you would think Kenmore could send another vacuum, but no, even telling them I was 76 years old and was not able to easily re-pack it, they were not helpful, I am sorry to say. No compassion whatsoever. I should have read the one star reviews before I wrote this one. Someone mentioned they CALLED Amazon to explain they could not detach the top part of the handle, and thus could not fit it into the original box for a return (it was also defective). And Amazon just sent them a new one without their having to send the defective vacuum back. But on the other hand, I have NO desire to own this vacuum anymore as it seems to have serious problems charging after the first few months. AVOID this product!! I just bought a Eureka (with cord) for $80 at WalMart and it is FABULOUS!

Good little vacuum. After 6 months it’s still operating really good. Very lightweight. Suction is better than expected. Picks up pet hair, dirt and debris on hard wood and carpet really well. The removable hand vac is a nice bonus. The charging station works great and the vacuum holds a charge at full power for more than 15 minutes! The downfall for me is emptying. Like most hand vacs you have to remove the filter to dump the dirt. This is a messy process.

I’ve had this vacuum for over a year and can’t say enough good things about it! I have a 1300sf home with LVP floors and several thin area rugs. I can do my entire house thoroughly and convert to the handheld with the stick attachment to do all the baseboards, nooks and crannies in one charge. Great suction, super easy to clean and really lightweight. Plus it’s not loud! The light is a bonus. I have owned many vacuums in my 60+years and have other favorites for carpet. Don’t think this one would work that well on a thick carpet, although it does have a turbo boost that really “sucks”, so maybe it would. For my wood floors it’s fantastic. I have told anyone I know that has similar floors to give this a shot. Highly recommend!

Edited after almost three months: The charging dock no longer works. While I loved this vacuum, I'm out of options and only got three months use out of it. I have learned that this is common. The company doesn't respond with options and Amazon says it is took late. See my review, I really did love it but don't buy it. Edited: Now after a few months, I love this thing even more. I vacuum the whole house every night before bed and I'm doing it in half of the time with much better results than using other models. This is my 3rd stick vacuum. There were things I liked and also hated about each of them. I've decided this is the best one out of three after two weeks. It is incredibly powerful. I don't have to double back to spots to make sure it picks everything up. The downsides are how loud it is on the highest setting but I really don't care because it is so powerful, you can use the lower setting but I do notice the highest setting works better. It is far less maneuverable than the previous two I had but those broke, one broke in less than two months. It doesn't manuever as well because it is SOLID. It doesn't feel cheap even though it is essentially the same price as the others that did feel cheap. The other awesome thing about it is how much debris it holds, you don't have to empty it after each room. It picks up hair well like the others but it also picks up bigger things that would get stuck in the others I have had. Overall, I'm MUCH happier with this one, it is much better quality. The charging stand is also better than a cord plugged into the unit. It stands up well and I don't worry about it tipping over. I'm very happy with this. I purchased this again and now four months later, it won't charge. These things work great but only last a few months. Edit again: I have determined that I love this thing more than any other stick vacuum but it is highly likely if you use it daily that it will only last about 4 months. Buy the warranty. This time it is the charger that stopped working but it is hard to determine that. I've had the entire thing blow out and I've had them stop charging. But again, I keep buying them (or returning them with the warranty).

I bought this for my son. He has hardwood floors that go into carpet. The suction is great and works well on both hardwood and plush carpet. It’s lightweight and easy to empty and clean the roller.

I have had Major Brand name vacuums Like Dyson, Electrolux, Meil and Brussels! I recently purchased This Kenmore cordless vacuum. I definitely made one of the best purchases here on Amazon! Great Unit!! Great suction! Light weight and so easy to maintain and Low noise operating system w/Tray that comes with all the accessories on a stand up tray where it sits for charging! Overall performance is a 5 ☆ The cost of this vacuum is a fraction of the cost that I have spent on the other vacuums I've had! I highly recommend this vacuum for anyone who is looking for a versatile and reliable well built vacuum at a great price range that gives you the performance of Big Buck competitors!! This Kenmore vacuum is working out very well. It does a pretty good job cleaning. It is light weight and easy to use. A very handy vacuum. It is not perfect though, I wish it had a power remaining guage, and it would have been great if it had easily replaceable batteries. Otherwise, this is a great vacuum for doing small jobs. Catch ya in the comics?

Light weight and does the job Easy to take apart for thorough cleaning Sometime after vacuuming, debris stay in the brush area and fall out after the power is turned off, so I have learn to not turn off the vacuum until I get to a dust bin, and turn it off and shake off the remaining debris, then from time to time, take everything apart and give it a good clean The fitting works but feels clunky when I put things back together, and I feel I need a little bit of brute force, not the nice click and fit feeling So overall, pretty good after I learned the little tricks, so 4 starts
