I used this to remove a stripped screw while trying to replace my laptop battery. I'd tried a number of other tools and techniques, all unsuccessful and was almost out of options. The gel contains a very fine grit and I only needed to apply a tiny drop to the head and then used a slightly larger torx bit to work the screw free. The extra friction provided just enough grip to turn the screw. I see from other reviews that results are variable and it may not be suitable for all people and in all situations, but certainly for me it worked this time and has enabled me to replace my laptop battery and saved me a lot of money. It's not too expensive, so if you're having problems trying to remove a stripped screw, then I'd recommend giving this a try, and even if it's not successful in that job, keep it in your tool box and it may come in handy another time.

Wir hatten eine Schraube, dessen Kopf durch einen Akkuschrauber perfekt rundgedrechselt wurde, da hat kein Schraubenzieher mehr gehalten. Dadurch, dass die Schraube in einem Scharnier steckte, kam man da auch nicht gut ran. Diese Paste hier war unsere letzte Hoffnung. Und sie hat funktioniert! Zunächst schien es so, als würde sich gar nichts tun. Die Paste ist relativ flüssig und wird nicht fest. Wir haben eine Weile mit einem Schraubenzieher rumgestochert und gedreht und haben irgendwann gemerkt, dass die Schraube tatsächlich ein paar Millimeter hervorkam. Nach und nach hatten wir sie so weit raus, dass man sie auch mit einer Zange greifen und schneller abschrauben konnte. Was für eine Erleichterung! Unsere Schraube war außerdem sicher ein Extremfall. Für alle, die sich unsicher sind: Kauft das Zeug. Es klappt.

inefficace dans mon cas, ce produit présenté comme une pate, est en fait tres liquide et degouline si on l'utilise sur une vis en position verticale. Environ 17 € de foutu en l'air, ca agace .... grrrr

Diese Salbe hat überhaupt nicht geholfen, als hätte ich Zahnpasta auf die Schraube geschmiert, es hat nur den Schraubendreher ruiniert, ich kann es niemandem empfehlen
