Vanderfields Kids Ear Defenders - 31 dB (2K Hz), Dinosaur Club B

This is the second set I’ve got for my daughter. The first ones are still going strong after 2 years but it is useful to have a spare as she sometimes leaves hers in school. She comfortably wears them all day if she needs to or easily puts them on/takes them off herself. She can still hear conversations but they effectively lower the volume. Great product.They fit my daughter age 4 well and I have tried them on and they would work on an adult too. They fold well to keep in a bag just in case we need them.

Sutible for adolescents and most adults depending on the size of your head. I'm almost 20 and I still have room to adjust the band. Perfect for those with sound sensitivity, this product blocks out background noises like vacuums, lawnmowers, fireworks, loud music and even neighbors yapping dog and ongoing construction work! I'm bed bound due to Severe Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Fibromyalgia, POTS, Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and more which all result in a heightened response to or a dysfunction in the perception of sound. I benefit from them, but struggle to put them on myself- though this is due to my conditions not the actual product. Would benefit those living in a busy hospital environment or even palatable/end of life care*. They just look like headphones and are relatively comfortable but I must note that it does not give extra room for brain swelling and may worsen pressure migraines because of the almost suction like feeling the defenders have around the back of the ears; other than that they do lessen the frequency of noise-induced headaches, tinnitus, nausea etc and overall are great value for money. Top tip: use the cheep sponge like ear plugs underneath the defenders for an even better experience!*make sure someone is close by to aid a gravelly ill patient during the entire time these are warn as may cause distress.

Let's be honest, you are a parent who wants to protect your child's hearing but wants to take them to an event, be it fireworks or something loudThe top 3 things you want to knowI got these for fireworks night so probably the best real world test1. Are they comfy - an annoyed child is not a good combo - my 4 year old said they were fine but he had around a 15 minute tolerance before he wanted to take them off, however he put them on himself afterwards2. Do they stop noise - yes they reduce sound from outside, not drasticallt however if you look at how DB work out a 2db reduction can amount to 30% less noise. I would say these cut out about half the sound3.do they fit - they fit a 4 year old well and fit my head as an adult however we're stretching a bitThe build quality is good for under £15 but any force to the headband will snap them so it will need a parents watchful eye to safeguard your investmentFor the money these are fine just don't be sending your child into roadworks with these as they are not industry use!!

Great eat defenders which work well for my 3 year old and will grow with her with the adjustable sides. My 10 year old niece has also used them. They fit comfortably and work well to help with over sensitivity to noise. Good quality and long lasting. Love the purple colour to match her personality.

My little girl was very happy with these. They stop a good amount of sound and light weight. They seem to be well made and a good quality. They fold nice and neatly away so they can be stored easily. They were slightly tight on my daughter’s head but they stretched fine following the instructions by stretching them over a small box for a few hours. Very happy with them.

I bought this for myself, I’m a autistic adult and this fits me perfectly. I’m happy with it.

Really good quality and look.Unfortunately a bit small for my 8year old (size of a 12year old) as they barely fit over the ears, no adjustable head strap, hence the 3* review as I expected these to fit better as it states up to 16years.I'll likely have to get a replacement set in a bigger size
