This is a strange one. I am giving 3 stars for the product, but overall speed of service was great with Prime. I'll explain...I received my order of HiQili Frankicense Carterii today. I opened the package and broken dark amber glass spilled out. I assumed the bottle itself broke and nothing was left inside. To my surprise, the actual bottle was not broken, there was broken glass and a lot of glass shards at the bottom of the white box the bottle was in. Not sure how this could have happened, or where it originated from, other than someone may have found a broken bottle, replaced with another bottle but did not clean out the glass at the bottom of the box it came in? So odd... The oil itself appears ok, but had to clean up glass shards that spilled out from the white box. Strange experience, but the product appears to be ok, nothing I can see inside the bottle, but I'm a bit hesitant to even use it. I have no clue what happened, only assumption at this point. Shipping products in glass is always a risk. Just the bottom of the container box under the bottle was filled with glass shards. I opened up the bottle, the oil seems ok, but as mentioned, makes me hesitant to use it. I cannot speak for the oil effectiveness, I am assuming it is good oil, smells good, but this was really bizarre, finding all that small pieces of broken glass sitting at the bottom of the white box of the bottle, but the item itself appears "ok". Update: I think I now know what was broken in the box holding the product...there is I think a small "travel bottle" that was to some with it, and now looking again at the picture of the item, that is probably what got broken, makes sense to me at least, it would have been an empty little bottle, the amount of broken glass looks about right for a small dark amber or brown bottle. Mystery solved! I DO like the product, thanks.
