Helpful for prolapsed uterus
I don't usually write reviews but I would like to have read a review from someone with a prolapsed uterus before buying this product. I am 74 years old, 5 ft tall, and weigh 115 lbs and the size small is a perfect fit. I have tried pessaries twice and got a UTI each time and I do not want to go through a hysterectomy. This brace seems to be the answer for me. It's not perfect - not as good as a pessary (if I could wear one successfully), but it does give me support when I have to be on my feet for a period of time and it makes me feel more secure. I machine wash it in a front loader and air dry it - the more washing, the better it feels. I would recommend wearing panties with a boy cut because it does tend to rub your legs at first.

very disappointed
Was very hopeful upon receiving this that it was going to help with my 4th pregnancy. Turned out to be one of the most uncomfortable things I had ever tried on. Not what I was needing. I tried it on one time over clothing and then followed through with the return instructions immediately. It was returned to me during to be "used". There was not a single indicator that it had even been out of the box, much less 'used.' Disappointed to have $40 just sitting in the cabinet now

A Lifesaver!!!
If you have painful veins in your nether-regions, this product can be a lifesaver! As one other commenter said on here, it can dig in to you a little at the top of the waistband, particularly when you are sitting. (Standing and walking not so much.) But I have used these contraptions for two pregnancies now, and I have learned a few things:#1- Wear them low. The lower your wear it in the front, the less it will dig into you, and you can wear it pretty low.#2- The more you wear and wash it, the softer and more flexible the elastic gets, and the more comfortable it gets. I just bought a new one to switch off with my old one for washings, and I was surprised to see how much my old one had softened up. Tons. Now I am working on breaking the new one in. The package says to only hand wash...HA! I put it in the washer on gentle cycle, and I've actually put it on the casual cycle a few times too with no problems. It is really pretty hard to ruin, and perhaps the machine washing helps to break them in faster.#3- Make sure that the velcro in the back is perfectly aligned to avoid and ichy velcro corners sticking out. No biggie.I am telling you that I would hardly be able to stand my pregnancies if it weren't for this product. It gives so much support in JUST the right place :} , and helps so much with the swelling and pressure. Soooooo thankful for this product.

Saved me from debilitating pelvic pain
I have large and painful varicose veins in my pelvic floor due to a birth injury from my first child. Now I am in the third trimester of my third pregnancy and this supporter has been a LIFE SAVER. I relocated when seven months pregnant and was able to do all the stooping, pushing, and light carrying that I needed to without any debilitating pain. The pain I felt in the groin in my previous pregnancy was awful. I couldn't stand, walk, carry anything, or roll over in bed without severe pain. I had previously tried a belly-binding band, which helped some, but not nearly as much as this does (and it was much more uncomfortable). This V2 supporter helps so much that after wearing it for several days, I can go a while without it and I HAVE NO PAIN. I didn't have a moment without pain in my previous pregnancy.Not-pregnant, I wear a size 2-4 pants, and the small fit perfectly through my second trimester. Now that I'm entering my third, it's becoming too snug and I'm buying a medium. It machine washes fine in a garment bag, though I wouldn't put it in a washer without the garment bag. The straps would get caught in the agitator. The synthetic material dries quickly - DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DRYER. The material does irritate me if it is directly on my skin, so I wear tight shorts or leggings under it just like in the picture, then pants or a skirt on top. Layering is a small price to pay to be pain free. To prolong its' wearability between washings, I also wear a pantiliner under my panties, which are under the supporter.I had seen this previously and avoided buying it because I was too embarrassed. I could have saved myself a lot of pain if I had bought it in my last pregnancy. The lace detail in the front also helps to ease the mental block against it. I thought my little kids and husband would think it looked very weird, but they didn't think twice about it. Personally, I got used to it very quickly, both emotionally and physically, and now I wouldn't be caught without it. If you're pregnant and have pelvic pain, this is what you've been searching for.

Perfect for wearing for a few hours while around the ...
This product helps with pain and offers support but at the same time is uncomfortable and not possible to wear all day long. Also it is very visible through clothes. Perfect for wearing for a few hours while around the house.
