Damaged Bottle, Spilled Molasses, and Poor Quality
Extremely disappointed with this order. The molasses arrived, spilt all over the box; the bottle was damaged, and the packaging was clearly not secure enough for shipping. To make matters worse, the molasses has crystallized at the bottom, making it difficult to use and raising serious concerns about product quality and storage conditions. This is unacceptable for a product meant for consumption. I expect better quality control and packaging from the seller. I am requesting an immediate refund or replacement for this damaged product. Please address this issue promptly and ensure this does not happen to other customers.
