Sunrise & sunset function: a slow, continuous ramp-up from ‘off’ to ‘on’ over a fifteen minute period. Programmable moon light color: full spectrum, red, purple, blue, cyan, green and yellow. Fine tune lighting schedule. Color gradient loop operation. Custom daylight and moonlight time schedule. 2 modes available: the default auto cycle and the DIY cycle. Auto ON / OFF: default setting light auto light on at 6:30 am and auto off at 11:30 pm. Ideal for freshwater aquarium and planted tank. DIY CYCLE In ‘DIY mode’, you can use eight time slots to create your own custom 24-hour light cycle, adjusting ‘on/off’ and light intensity for each slot. Other than that this is a great, very bright, aquarium light with a good range of colours/effects. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience thanks *by A***G on 9 July 2025* Everything okay ### ⭐ Not very impressed *by G***O on 1 May 2024* Much cheaper APS light in another tank gives significantly better plant growth, This creates lots of algae running for same photo period, Also runs incredibly hot. (It will burn you if you pick it up). Intermittently the timer does not work and have to manually turn off at night. Will give it another few weeks but if it keeps playing up will contact Hygger, brought two different models from Hygger. They have replaced one already as had faulty LEDs, looks like this one may also be faulty.
