## Description

Fiordifrutta fruit spreads come from organic farming. Each jar is made exclusively from over three pounds of selected organic fruit using a patented low-temperature cooking process. Unlike most other spreads on the market, Fiordifrutta fruit contains no added sugar. Sweetening is made instead with organic wild apple juice. This exclusive recipe preserves the nutrients of the natural fruit while significantly reducing the sugar substance content (30% or more compared to other spreads) and contains 30% fewer calories than most others. Rigoni di Asiago has always prioritized innovation to achieve the healthiest and tastiest products that are both good for you and respect nature. The Rigoni family lives in the Altopiano di Asiago, a mountain plateau in North Italy famous for its sunny climate, meadows and woodlands. Rigoni di Asiago products embrace a love of good food, authentic taste and quality. Perfectly ripened fruit is selected, washed and frozen within hours of being harvested. Each product is the result of scrupulous work that complies with the highest standards. The raspberry belongs to the same family as blackberries. It comes from a bush that is frequently found in middle and high mountain areas.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this spread have seeds???**
A: There may be some seeds, but this is not "seedy." I was unable to detect any seeds visually, on my tongue, or in my teeth. I was able to detect smashed berry skins. This is a delicious fruit spread.

**Q: What is the consistency like for the the blueberry spread - is it smooth or are there blueberry chunks?**
A: I have not used the blueberry spread, only cranberry and cherry. They are both smooth with small pieces of fruit in small amounts.

**Q: Is this for one jar only? I only got one single jar but thought it was supposed to be a pack of 6.**
A: Hmmm, mine was a pack of 6...

**Q: What does it mean when it says reduced sugar if there’s no added sugar to begin with**
A: Reduced sugar means in relation to other comparable brands. If you look at the per tablespoon amount of sugar in the Rigoni di Asiago preserves, it will typically be 7 grams of sugar, 5 grams of which are added in the form of apple juice concentrate. Other brands will typically have around 9 grams of sugar per tablespoon, 7 grams of which will be added in the form of cane sugar. This is easily the best brand of preserves I've ever had, nothing else seems to compare. But I could be happy with even less sugar content, personally.
