Waist of money
This product didn’t work at all for me. I took it according to the instructions. I wound up taking another similar product.

Gets things moving!
I have the worst G.I. issues and will sometimes go days without going #2. This three day cleanse is very effective! It has no taste and it does not give you any cramps or make you feel uncomfortable at all. Apparently, it is also getting popular because it’s always sold out at my local grocery store and sometimes also on Amazon. It’s great stuff.

These seem to come on too suddenly and strong. Reminded me of taking a laxative. Preferred like a stool softener type reaction.
