SEDETA 66" Reversible L Shaped Computer Desk with Power Outlet, File Drawer

Bought this Desk because I really liked the structure/layout/drawer. Some of these reviews had me hesitant, but I'm glad I bought anyway. Assembly is DEFINITELY a bit time consuming, but I didn't encounter some of the nightmares people have noted. Each piece comes with a sticker that has a number on it that matches the provided instructions. A couple numbers fell off during unpacking, but overall if you can assemble ikea furniture, you should be able to handle this. One of the legs came with a small dent in it, but this didn't hinder/impede overall assembly. Once I had to undo some screws because I had a piece the wrong way / holes not aligned, but was able to correct it. At the end I had a bit of trouble connecting the left side and main side of the top wood panels. I do agree and recommend not to tighten everything until you're sure it's all aligned (I couldn't get a screw in the hole until I loosened some screws from earlier steps). If you have a partner to help assemble, that would probably help. I did it solo and got it done in about 4hours. For the price, you can't really complain about assembly. Once put together, this Desk is amazing compared to the other options that run $500+. Only last note is that where the "L" portion of the wood panels meet, it's not 100% seamless for me. There's a noticeable 5cm dip from where the main wood top meets the left side wood top, but this hasn't affected my work or rating. If you want something to go flat exactly on the spot where the two panels meet to make the "L" shape, this might be an issue for you. Drawer is great, smooth rolling, and I like that it accommodates multiple paper sizes. Color matches photos, everything is very sturdy / not wobly. I use a 34in ultrawide, and while the base is a bit cozy, it fits well on the elevated shelf.

When delivered the box is a little heavy but once put together, it has a little weight but easy to move around. 2 people work better to move it. This desk is. Wry sturdy and well made. The wood pieces are not cheap or light weight. I like how this desk has for options for building it, we chose A. I like how this desk is adjustable on how you want it to look. It comes with a little mailbox type Velcro box, great for hold important papers or envelopes. I like the file drawer, it has different settings for you to adjust. My husband put it together by himself and took a little long but would be easier with another person helping. Definitely recommend buying this desk, it’s a great buy for a little over $100! Specially with different ways to build it. One plus was added led lights and the plug ins, such a great option to help with cords all over. It’s nice that you can plug your phone into charge on the desk vs climbing underneath to plug in wall plug in. All around this is a great desk with awesome functionality. No parts missing, everything needed was there. No damaged parts.

I think this desk is amazing. I definitely think it’s worth the price (even though it could be a little cheaper) but at my local stores, l-shaped desks are far more expensive. I got mine in black. I feel that it’s very sturdy but I guess that was depend on how tight you screw in everything… Anyways, some holes were a little bit unaligned which is upsetting because I had to figure out how to make it work and I’m not one who as access to other tools like a drill. What I did was is (and it’s hard to explain but if you get it, cool) I had to screw one hole in then forcefully push it in at an angle to make it work if that makes sense. There was also this one part of the desk (desk part that does have the monitor stand on it) was unleveled. At first, I thought I had done something wrong so I took apart that part of the desk and redid it but I was doing everything right. It was just unleveled. I just wedged in a mini stack of mini sticky notes to keep it leveled and it worked! It’s definitely noticeable though so if you have this problem, use sticky notes close to the color of the desk or anything else that is close or is the color but only if you care enough to actually do so. Out of the box, most of everything in it is numbered or some lettered off according the materials list in the booklet. Except some stickers fell off and were out of place throughout the box. Idk if this is because the stickers weren’t sticky enough or because of shipping unsure. Speaking of the booklet, I really like the step by step picture instructions, it’s very helpful in my opinion. I wish they would highlight the holes more because the pictures are big but it’s like they make the holes really small and difficult to see but I managed. It also comes with mini tools which is great but I personally think it would be better if you get your own tools that are regular sized because if might get frustrating. On the desk itself, it has this whole to put your cords through which is another great thing. I just wish that maybe they couldn’t have added another on the opposite side from that one. I really love the printer stand! I was kind of iffy about it at first because I thought my printer was quite large and stupid enough I didn’t pay attention to the measurements of the printer stand part but I’m glad that my printer ended up fitting perfecting. I also wish that they had an option for more drawers instead of the one filing drawer. I mean you don’t have to use it as a filing drawer and could be repurposed for something else but that’s just my thought. Monitor stand: I LOVE IT. I don’t own monitors but I put my MacBook on it and use a mech keyboard because I read somewhere it promotes a better back/neck instead of having to look down at your screen. I was reading other peoples’ review and read how most of them took 1.5-3hrs to set up… that was not the case for me. Me and my younger sister did it ourselves and we are small. I’m not lying when I say this took over 8 hours+ to assemble with mini breaks in between and the frustrations from unaligned holes and unleveled part. When you finish assembling it, I’m sure y’all would be happy because it is a beautiful and big desk. Honestly, for me, it was a workout haha

If I, at 16, had received a desk like this for my birthday, let alone an entire bedroom makeover, my life could have been complete right then and there. I hope our daughter shared those same sentiments when we went to redo her living space. One of the last things we were waiting on, besides decor, was the desk. She has a Sun Conure, who is obv her bestie, who has done just about everything with her for the past 5 years. She wanted to make sure that he was included in her desk situation, so we tried to find something that would fit the bill. Finally, we settled on this desk, simply because it had plenty of space for her stuff and his, especially his cage. It honestly works so well, I can't believe I didn't buy this sooner. We attached velcro to the underside of his cage and to the top of the printer area on the desk to ensure it stays put. The drawer holds all of his food and toys and cleaning supplies and the back ledge holds snacks, his shower perch and some other things when not in use. The actual desk area has plenty of space for her gaming pc & gaming laptop (both of which are rather big!), drawing pad and school stuff, while still being spacious enough for his perch and trinkets. The back ledge now holds her statues of gaming characters and lovies she doesn't use anymore, but wishes to remember. She shares a bedroom with her younger sister, and everything is situated so she can't touch any of it while she's gone. We added some shelves above and lights, some frames for her posters and now, it's just about finished. She spends much time there and keeps everything looking so nice. It just makes me so happy that we can do things like this for her. Someday, when she decides to go out on her own, she can take these things with her and have a nice little start. Because of the simplicity of the desk itself, I think it would mesh well with any future decor choices or style changes she decides to do. The best part for her though, is that she will always have a space for her bestie. Overall, we're super pleased with this desk, it's size and the price point and assembly was in total about an hour, with my husband and I working together. Just make sure you measure your space before ordering and you're golden!

I bought this a couple of years back & I’m back to buy again before I move again. I’m not moving it with me bc i can care less about taking it a part only to rebuild, i rather sell and buy a new and build that. The desk has been wonderful & is very spacious. I work from home full time and I game as well. I use one side for work and the other for my pc. It’s so perfect and sturdy. The metal material is top tier and i used the long form, not L shaped. It’s heavy to move and holds all of my screens. 100% recommend.

I purchased this desk for a home office. Considering the price, I’m enormously impressed. The desk arrived well-packaged and undamaged. Every part was labeled with an easy-to-remove sticker. Hardware was sorted by type in individual packs that were also labeled. All assembly tools were provided. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Two simple strategies will make your assembly experience as frustration-free as possible. First, check drawings in the assembly instructions carefully to ensure parts are oriented correctly to one another. Make sure hole patterns match those depicted before fastening parts together or you may need to backtrack later. Second, resist the urge to tighten down fasteners as you go. Instead, leave a little play — especially in the metal frame pieces — as you attach parts so that you can move them into perfect alignment before final tightening. Expect to spend at least several hours assembling this desk. While a second person shouldn’t be necessary, another set of hands might be helpful in a few instances — I had to ask someone to pull frame pieces into alignment while I secured them (with a hex wrench in one hand and an open-end wrench in the other). My only criticism is that the instructions for installing the LED light strip are pretty light on details. There’s no way to cleanly take the corner with the lights when the desk is in an L-configuration. I had to leave an inch or two of “slack” in the light strip at the corner to make the turn, which left me a couple inches short at the end. I would have appreciated more guidance on this part of the assembly. Overall, though, I’m very pleased. The desk looks great and feels plenty sturdy for the price. I recommend without reservation.

This is a really nice L-shaped desk! It wasn't very hard to put together. Instructions were clear and all items were accounted for to complete, with tools. It is very sturdy and spacious. Love it, love it!

Takes a bit to put it together, the instructions aren’t bad, but they could be more detailed. The quality of the desk is pretty good.

El escritorio es muy bueno, es resistente, se siente estable, a mi parecer esta un poco caro pero no e tenido ningun problema, cuenta con muchas piezas pero siguiendo las instrucciones se puede armar facil

Es muy resistente, las medidas son las que se detallan en la descripción, caben 3 monitores de 24'en la barra superior, y aún queda mucho espacio. cuanta con un toma corriente en la parte superior por lo que conectar los equipos es sencillo.
