Do not! I mean absolutely do not buy this item. It is the worst cotton candy maker you can buy. ItIs impossible to clean , the cotton candy goes everywhere as soon as you put the sugar in it, the plastic tray does not fit once soever we have to tape it down so it’s almost impossible to catch the cotton candy when using it. Worst of all-it almost catches fire every time we’ve tried to use it(twice) This is not due to you or error. This is due to manufacture negligence. This is a fire hazard!!! it is not worth the price even if it’s an affordable.

perfect gift for little kids. I m using this to comfort my little girl. Easy to use. Sugar is super cheap, but sometimes will spin out of the protector, not a big problem. My next target is popcorn machine.

This Cotten candy machine was picked because it was the cheapest as we had an older one that would turn off and on and it finally stopped working so we bought a new one which was this one. Once we tested it out it worked great and was quiet. It makes Cotten candy great but it isn’t easy to clean. If you have the time to clean it up this a product for you. It was really fun making Cotten candy as we tried to make the biggest Cotten candy. Note: doesn’t come with Cotten candy sugar. I recommend buying it from Cotten candy express as the flavoring is very tasty.

After reading reviews, my 10-year old son and I were a bit alarmed due to numerous reports citing fire hazards and dangers associated with this product use. Machine arrived yesterday and after assembly plus thorough following of instructions, I must say this product performed wonderfully. I'm almost certain any safety issues noted in negative reviews were strictly due to failure to follow instructions properly. I have attached video below to show the fun we had making our own chocolate cotton candy. Now my only regret is the ensuing diabetic coma my 10-year-old has forced me into after devouring entirely too much of this sweet product 😁

doesnt work out of the box. Folled instuctions but never worked at all. Sugare just melted and caouth fire at base. Yes i used cotton candy surgare.

Takes awhile to master, but it's great. Makes a good small portion. I always find the regular amount is just too much anyway. It says you can use all sorts of candies but actually it only works well with the candy floss or sugar (needs to be grain). We also tried putting food color in granulated sugar and that works well too.
