I bought this knife specifically for cutting whole ribeye roasts into ribeye steaks, and it’s been absolutely brilliant. The length gives you a clean, confident slice all the way through the meat, and the curve of the blade makes it really easy to follow the shape of the roast without fighting it. It’s sharp, solid, and feels great in the hand — no flex, no wobble, just a proper, heavy‑duty breaking knife that does exactly what it’s meant to do. Cutting steaks is quicker, cleaner, and way more satisfying now. If you buy whole roasts and portion them yourself, this knife has been a game‑changer for me.

Use this to slice up a whole joint of rib eye into 17 steaks. Literally takes 2 mins. Only use it for this every 2 months and give it a quick sharpen before each use. So sharp and feels so comfortable in the hand. Love this.

On first impressions the knife is very good and extremely sharp. I just hope it keeps its edge but only time will tell .

Excellent quality, good price. Well made, sturdy. Very easy on the eye, doesn't look "cheap and nasty" like the others with the plastic handles in primary colours (you know what I mean). These are made for adults not children :)
