Great stuff... like (perhaps) most things in life, it takes consistency of use but the growth is occurring. Hair health looks and feels better... and what the Drs. have recommended over the years hasn't seen the light of day for maybe 3 years plus now as all their products were cutting/damaging the hair or scalp, including biopsies to work out what tge issue(s) are... were. After a personal recommendation and much research as the prescibed pharmasutical products wasn't working after a couple decades, we first used colloidal silver to heal the scalp of blemishes and scarring 3- 5 x p/wk. This took a couple months and there was some growth, the scalp looked like no damage had ever been present. There was some regrowth over the oreviously damaged areas, but not much. After that, we began using this product and found best results are *2/3 x p/wk (when possible) *Apply to scalp (somewhat liberally) and to hair (if wanted) to assist in coming through *Massage through thoroughly (timing ranged from 10 mins through to about 50 mins -our average was around 30-40 minutes) *Comb/brush through gently afterwards and plaiting or putting in rollers.

Provides enough protection against dandruff and keeps the scalp healthy. I have been recommending and would continue to do so.
