I replaced my Xi3 70lb trolling motor with this Terrova and work great.

Great upgrade
This item is a game changer .It is very windy in Tennessee and this trolling motor will keep you on your spots in fairly substantial wind.

Auto pilot and spot lock!!
I absolutely love it just set it on the speed I want and hit auto pilot and fish!! So much more relaxing then when I want to stop for a while and fish a brush pile just hit spot lock then when im done turn off the spot lock and it resumes the direction I was going fishing is so much more fun with this motor you won't regret getting it.

It works very well.
I really like the spot lock feature. It has a foot control and a hand held remote and the hand held works so well it’s all I use. I can’t wait to get the hummingbird fish finder that goes with it. I found that there is confusion in matching the correct finder to the trolling motor. Contact hummingbird directly for information about which finder works with your model of motor.

Minn kota garbage?!
Absolutely garbage! 1st time on water shaft seal at motor head leaked water into motor and in stow position water poured out of head unit.this is a factory defect,and a known problem.all electronics in head and motor are now completely full of water!! For almost 3k and 1 use not worth it. Now we are at the mercy of minn kota and there warranty. Either way I'm sure it will be at my inconvenience. BUYER BEWARE !!! Update Amazon states they will send replacement immediately. Thank you Amazon
