This is by far the best DIY product I have found!! After extensive research and reading countless reviews I chose this product. It is very reasonably priced and so very effective that I will never change again. After moving into a much older home and living in Florida (hot!) I started noticing german cockroaches coming inside through the weaknesses of the walls and doorways. I tried a couple different things from the store with no effect and before I knew it there was a major infestation. After speaking with a pest control company they told me it would start at $4000 to gain control back over the problem then a monthly maintenance fee. As a single parent I just don't have that kind of extra money so I decided to give it a good effort to find the right solution. There are several articles out that give a lot of different advice but the one that was most common throughout was Alpine..so after looking at several different products, this one was midway for cost. I decided to try it first so if it didn't work I didn't waste too much money. The package comes with 5 packets and a very specific mixing guide based on the type of bug and how bad the infestation is. For bad infestations it recommends 3 packets per gallon to start. It is very easy to mix.. I put it in a one gallon pressure sprayer and waited about 20 minutes to dissolve completely. Sprayed the entire house, heavier in the problem areas, then waited. I noticed over the first week there were a lot of dead bugs but the live ones were still there pretty bad. Sprayed again once a week and after the first month the problem was getting better. I would say about 50% better. After the second month it was probably closer to 95%! Now (about 3 months later) I very rarely see any bugs at all and when I do, I do a little spot treatment and the problem is gone. Even though I am crazy about reading reviews I don't entirely trust them so if I do find a product that deserves a great review then I will gladly give it! One more thing to note, I have 2 dogs and a young child and I haven’t had any problems with them at all. There is virtually no smell and it's safe for pets after it dries

We were struggling with a post-rain ant problem in our house, but for the first time they were completely ignoring all the usual baits I've had success with. I gave in and tried this since we knew their frequent travel paths, and it worked very quickly and effectively even though they kept ignoring my other baits. It's only been a few weeks so I'm not sure how long it will last, but it's affordable enough that I'm pleased even if it needs re-spraying later in the season. Coming in pre-measured packets is a really nice touch; I bought a gallon sprayer just for this and it makes it very convenient to fill and mix.

Alpine WSG mixes easily and sprays evenly without leaving residue, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor use. I noticed a reduction in pest activity within a few days after application, especially in entry points and treated zones. It performs well as part of a rotation strategy. This is one of the more reliable and clean-application insecticides I’ve used. I can see why this is so highly recommended. I started spraying every 6 weeks and went from seeing small roaches (which meant lots of roaches somewhere, despite keeping everything clean and put away) to seeing NONE. I have two cats and a dog, and there was no issue with the spray, not that I was exposing them to it.

I have no words to describe how thankful I am to this product!! I did a lot of research and came across a roach subreddit and they swore by this insecticide so I decided to give it a try. Not only this comes with a LOT, like each little bag can make up to a gallon, but after regularly applying it all over my apartment (which mind you was INFESTED with German roaches) the roaches pretty much disappeared. I recommend cleaning, specially under and behind appliances like your fridge, and spraying the areas at least once a week until you stop seeing roaches regularly. Eventually you'll just have to do some maintenance and reapply every now and then so that the occasional visitors don't become a problem again. Living in a complex in Florida, there's no way to completely eliminate roaches. But this product changed my life.

The product works, I unfortunately have to apply this every month. The apartment building I live in is very old and when you have trifling neighbors surrounding you stuff will continue to try to get in. I’m doing my part, but the rest of the building is not. Our leave, no food out no dishes in the sink nothing. I do have a child that leaves a crumb here or there, but I sweep every day. This is my second time ordering, and unfortunately, upon opening the pack, I noticed that one was open. Luckily I saw it before the whole pack was emptied. I hope this is not affect the quality of the product because that would be disappointing. I wasn’t gonna use it yet, but now I have been forced to use the open packet today . Due to that I had to reduce a star.

It does the job well. Two applications (as directed) and bugs are gone. Was used with an 'Insect Growth Regulator' added to the mix. It is easily applied with a home and garden sprayer. No staining or odors were noted. I used the strongest mix recommended and got good results.

This is the only thing that has worked to get rid of the German roach infestation left behind by the last tenant. 200% stand behind this product without question.
