Review: Best Yoga mat I have ever used. - I have practiced Yoga for 8+ years now and I am currently training to be a teacher. This mat is beautifully soft, great for practicing Ashtanga as you have much more movement than using a sticky mat so its really great at the start of a class when building heat in your sun salutes. Would recommend to anyone who is aiming to build strength, as you need to use all your muscles in order to prevent slippage - wouldn't say this mat is slippy though, just much more movement. You can also wash it thoroughly! Sticky rubber mats can be so dirty and impossible to thoroughly clean! Very light too.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ottimo tappetino per capire cosa vuol dire radicare

Per chi cerca un tappetino su cui praticare senza il "doping" della gomma supergrippante. Ad esempio in Prasarita Padottanasana i muscoli interni delle gambe sono obbligati a lavorare per sostenerci senza consentirci di collassare il nostro peso sulle articolazioni grazie alla tenuta innaturale della gomma. Serve a capire meglio come si costruisce una asana a partire dal radicamento. Lo consiglio per capire e confrontarsi con quello che avevano sotto i piedi i vari Patthabi Jois e Ayengar. Poi il tappetino in gomma si può sempre usare. Io li alterno a seconda delle situazioni.
