A great product
Well designed, not messy to use or clean. The filter in the cover prevents everything in the near vicinity from getting a fine coating of oil.

Amazing
Never owned a deep fat fryer before so did my research first. This ticks all the boxes but more importantly cooks perfectly. Best chips, breaded scampi and squid rings I have ever eaten. I used the recommended pea nut oil. Amazingly during all the cooking I have done the oil level barely goes down proving minute amounts of oil are absorbed by the food. This has a very large heat up element that brings the food to be cooked back up to temperature rapidly when you drop the basket in. It also holds a hell of a lot of food in the basket all at once. Best product I have bought in years and so cheap for what it is.
