GOOD PRODUCT, BAD DIRECTIONS
Don't follow the cooking directions. Just cook it like you would cook rice: 1 c millet, 2 c water, 1tsp coarse salt (3/4 tsp fine salt), 20 mins simmer, rest for 10 min, enjoy.
