upon arrival battery was not fully charged (normal condition), assembly was easy, every single parts fit perfectly, Exception the front basket: the 2 screws on bottom/ lower side of the basket has very small clearance so hard to install the 2 screws, you need a straight allen wrench. The rear basket installation also pain you can tell its an aftermarket product. I will make some good brackets so its fits sturdy. If you cant fabricate your own brackets you are better off with the saddles. The manufacturer paid attention to most details weld-beads are looks nice and strong the bike turning heads in the park. I'm using it for goin fishing to local lakes therefor I have an extra 50-60lbs load, total of about 265lbs. Battery dropped form full to about 50% under 12.3 mile with one incline (overpass) I did not loose speed while crossing. Do not except max distance listed if you have similar loads. The motor is strong have to be careful on start bc it wants to do a wheele, acceleration is obviously good as well. With 210lbs load on full throttle it kept 19.8 miles/hr on flat road, have to say also fully loaded 265lb ish kept the 19.8mile/hr as well. I did not install the app as of yet. after a day of use I can not be happier.

The Mars 2.0 has exceeded my expectations. This e-bike is fast and very exciting to ride. I suggest a full face helmet while riding this bike at full speed. In the Heybike app settings, That’s where you unlock the top speed of 28mph. You can also shut the pedal assist limiter off and this thing takes off to 28 mph in no time because of the 80nm torque this bike has with no limit in the settings. Also if your advanced on e-bikes, You can press the + and - together and unlock the speed limit in the menu which is better than the app. You can crank past 28mph. At times I’ve almost peeked at 33mph throttle only. But if you want to limit the pedal assist with the throttle then you can have the throttle limiter on for each pedal assist level 1 thru 5 to the speed you want on each assist. I’m 5’7 and I can get on the bike no problem any shorter than 5’4 may be challenging getting on this bike. I suggest a step thru style fame like a Ranger or Ranger s to get on and off the bike easier. The bike is a lot bigger in person than the pictures. Climbing a 20% grade or higher on hills need pedal assistance. The throttle has a hard time climbing alone without assist. The bike horn is pretty loud and the headlight and backlight are fairly bright at night. The backlight flashes rapidly when braking so drivers can see as your coming to a stop. Battery life is pretty decent and lasts a while on throttle only. Pedaling of course the battery will last slightly longer. Don’t hesitate to buy. This bike is a blast.

What a bike! Before buy something I like to search so much about what I’m looking, I see heybike brand and fit with what I was looking for.I use it daily to go to my work 6 miles away from my home, so I do 12 miles every day, normally I charge the battery when I arrive home, the bike is pretty fast I go between 20 and 28 mph, I can do full charge battery 2 round trips to my work, so I can do 24 miles but using the bike in it top speed. Also the led light works perfect lights up pretty good also I use it every day because my work schedule start at 3:30am so the road it’s a little dark the stop light the same lights up so good. The bike has so smooth amortization so comfortable ride on I have so much fun riding I just recommend you use goggles.I had some issues with the delivery but Heybike customer service help me a lot, they care so much their clients.I’m so happy and the best investment that I did. I love that the brand has all the replacements if one day I need one.Español//Antes de comprar algo me gusta investigar súper bien para comprar lo mejor y que se adapte a lo que busco y presupuesto.Esta bicicleta la uso todos los días para ir a mi trabajo que está a 6millas de mi casa, ósea hago 12 millas todos los días, salgo a las 3:30am y la luz led es súper brillante ilumina súper bien, así igual la luz de stop cuando freno, estoy súper encantado con la bicicleta es súper buena y siento que es la mejor inversión que logre hacer, sus llantas son súper grandes y estables la amortiguación que da la Bicileta es súper confortable, es muy divertido usarla. Solo les recomiendo usar unas gafas.

I think I watched every YouTube video review of this bike before I made the purchase. I'm amazed at the comfort and torque this bike has. My son has the original Mars and after riding this Mars 2.0 he is considering make a change to this one. The bike I received came with a seat that did not flip up to facilitate battery removal. I contacted customer service and sent a picture of the seat and post I received. The customer service representative, Mabel, was very helpful. Within a few days I was in possession of a new flip-tube for the seat. Cudos to Heybike's customer service.

Very satisfied

I weigh about 285 pound with shoes, I live in a hilly area and it goes up hills with pas 5 and some throttle and peddling. I got it up to 31 miles down hill only and on flat about 21 mph, need to know a little about using tools and mechanics to figure it out especially for me for handle bar with fort part wasn’t too bad.

I all ready purchased the first hey bike for myself. The heybike 2.0 is for my husband. Love love love those bikes.

It’s a great bike but immediately needed a seat upgrade and brake pads.Main issueHydraulic brakes are not an upgraded option.
