And really, I give it 4.5 stars, but that's not an option. I thought I ordered it in a M, but I received a S. I haven't been a small in over 15 years, so I'm not sure if the mistake was mine or theirs, but it works! Because this is an oversized sweater, the small fits. It doesn't give me the oversized look (which I get with the other one I have) and I actually like it better for work or dinner. The sleeves are just the right length (this is often a problem for me), it isn't too tight through my upper arms, it comes down far enough to cover the top of my pants (and mid-section), and the neckline is very comfortable (not too tight and doesn't gap). There are two reasons I gave it 4.5 stars is: 1) it's a creamy white rather than a bright white. My daughter has a similar sweater in white, and next to that mine looks ivory or cream, but alone it looks white enough. 2) after one washing it's starting to pill a little bit. Since it's a casual, fuzzy sweater I'm not concerned, but it might bother some people. It has retained its "shape" with wearing & washing. This is a good value and cozy sweater.
