These really help hold my arches in place in combination with the insoles I wear for my fallen arches. I have to be on my feet all day for work and I haven't had that horrible foot pain after work since I've been using these. Before I just used insoles with defined arches, but my overpronation would wear down the arches flat in 2-3 months. With these, my insoles last months longer and my arches are held in place to prevent overpronation that was causing me to have severe ankle and arch pain. I work 14-17 hours a day 4 days a week and these have been a huge lifesaver when it comes to foot pain. Will buy more.

A very affordable support for treatment when Plantar’s Fasciitis flares up. This provides excellent arch support & stability. Thin enough to wear in any shoe style. I wear a women’s size 8 & I wear a large/x-large support. It’s snug without cutting off the circulation.

These are undersized. They say men's 8.5-13. I wear a size 10.5-11. Could not get them on. Am returning.

This sock-like sleeve was just my first attempt at trying to see if I could help manage some heel pain. Sure enough it helped tremendously. I wore it during the day only, and at night time elevated the problem foot and it seemed to do the trick.

WAYYY Too Tight. Ordered the L/XL size as I wear size 11 shoes US. These were very difficult to put on and after finally getting them on the compression was extreme. Within 15 minutes the edges of the material was indenting my skin significantly. I took them off and found a way to use them that did not hurt as much. But I am going give these to my wife. They will probably be like normal compression sleeves for her. If you are a guy with size 11 feet (US) these are probably not going to work. ( or hey- maybe they shipped me the medium size in the XL box. Box indicates men’s sizes 10-13. I will say the quality appeared good and had a nice feel. The edges digging in was worse than the compression on my PF - that actually was a little tighter than necessary but tolerable. Seems like a good product but the sizing issue takes away 2 stars for me. Your experience may sry.

I love being able to walk around barefoot... Will essentially barefoot with these sleeves on. They absolutely work. I have bought multiple sets so I can wash them and gave to sets to my sister who also has plantar fasciitis

The fit was good and helpful, but the quality is not great. Sleeve comes apart after 5-7 uses. I bought several pair in different orders, so I don't think it was a one off.

Fits great

The pain in my foot lessened immediately and within 3 days it had gone completely. Very comfortable and breathable and just throw them in the wash with your clothes. The grip is snug but not restricting and clever construction puts the most pressure where it's needed. If you have any difficulties with your hands you might need some help to get them on, as they are quite tight at first. I'm amazed at how well these work and cannot recommend them enough.
