Do these gloves keep your hands warm?

These gloves are in medium thickness and contain fleece lining. For people in -10°F-50°F WINTER WEATHER area’s cycling, running, walking, driving and sports. It’s a bit cold for skiing on snowy days.

Why do new gloves that I just bought shed hair?
