HOW HIGH IS THE ARCH SUPPORT?

The arch height is 1.4 inches (3,5 cm). Our arch support insoles feature an ergonomic 'Golden Triangle' design, with three-point support for the forefoot, arch, and heel. The orthotic inserts supports all arch height–low, neutral, and high.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY INSOLES?

Do not immerse your insoles in the water! Spot-clean them with a mild detergent and let them air dry.

WHAT TYPE OF SHOES DO THEY FIT?

These insoles are designed to fit a wide range of shoe types, can be used with most work shoes, including boots, athletic shoes, casual shoes and most low profile shoe. But they may not be suitable for shoes with a tight fit.

SHOULD I REMOVE MY REMOVABLE SHOE INSOLES BEFORE INSERTING NEUPU INSOLES?

We recommend (in most cases) that you remove the insoles from your shoes and replace them with NEUPU insoles that allow your custom foot insoles to fit inside comfortably.
