ARMRA Colostrum Powder, Unflavored, 120 Serving Jar

As a woman over 40, I have learned to appreciate the value of any product that improves my hair, nails, or skin. Colostrum is a great way to supplement and achieve all of these goals. Of all of the products that I’ve tried, this brand is unquestionably the absolute best. It tastes a little bit like cheese. If you’ve never tried it before, you can either dry scoop it, which is what I do, or you can mix it into something. I don’t think you’re supposed to mix it into hot beverages though. If you do, it dissolves quickly. Sometimes I’ll sprinkle it over ice cream even. I started to notice improvements within a first couple of days. It helps the repair things like leaky gut. Don’t be surprised if you have a little bit of a stomach reaction to it the first few times to try, as this is completely normal. This is made of super high-quality ingredients and I know that it’s lab tested and very reliable. While this product is pretty expensive, I compared it to other name brands and found that the amount of pure bovine colostrum in this product makes it almost the same price as the competitors brands, but at a higher quality. It has fewer ingredients and a lot less of what you don’t want in it. If you do decide to mix it, you can rest assured that it mixes into things very easily. You’ll start to see improvements in your skin within the first month., Or at least that’s how it went for me.

I waited over 5-6 months to write this review so I can be 100% sure if it works. I take one tspn every morning on an empty stomach and wait for at least 20 mins before having anything else. I dont know about any other claims except for the bloating. I had such a severe issue with bloating! Like really bad, especially after dinner. I would be scared to eat something if I was going out because of the bloat that would follow! Had to be careful how I ate especially if I was wearing something fitted. I no longer suffer from bloating! Its life changing and at first I couldn't place what changed or how until I figured out it was this miracle powder. Not a fan of the price but if it helps me stay un-bloated then fine but still not happy on cost. To all fellow bloaters out there. Try it and see if it helps. It may take 2-3 months of daily use to actually see results. I know there are other colostrum products for less out there but this works for me so I will stick with it since it seems to be made with a better process and is sourced from cows here in the USA.

I honestly dont notice a difference in my hair, skin or nails with Armra. What I do notice is it gives me energy when I take it. Not jittery energy but healthy energy. My bowel movements are regular and solid, Im not lactose intolerant anymore. And most of all, I can now tolerate collagen powder in my coffee, whereas before, it would bloat me and cause my heart to race. So, something has changed in my gut and Im all for it

I took off one star for the price and the taste/texture. I do think this is effective when used consistently, gives me a little more energy and endurance. As a person whose body doesn't naturally have much of either of those, even a small increase is a big deal! I'm not, sadly, super consistent in using it, probably because it's a little off putting in smell, texture, and taste. It's not awful, I don't dread it, but I'm not getting so much effect that I'm excited to use this daily. It's a bit gritty, the taste is kinda meh, and instead of trying to mix it and then trying to choke it down, I gave up and I just tip the whole packet into the back of my mouth and swallow it like a pill. I haven't noticed an effect on my skin, but my nails are growing in thicker and stronger.

So, I wanted a product that offers everything that this company claims, and I only wanted one product. I was taking to many supplements, for hair, for skin and so on. I've decided to give this a try, yes it's costly, but when I added up how much I was spending on supplements, I'm actually saving money. I've been taking this for two months now and I will mention everything that I've noticed. I've always suffered from dry skin especially on my face, I've also always suffered from rashy skin, behind my ear, nose and at times my forehead. I've also been suffering from hair loss as well. Now, my guess is not everyone will feel all of the benefits that this product claims to offer, or that it may take a longer time to feel it with longer use of this product. I will go through what I've noticed in two months, my hair is definitely darker and stronger. I've noticed much less hair on my comb, my hair seems so much fuller as well. Hair growth has been so much faster with this product, I usually get a hair cut every two weeks and shave once a week and I now have to shave twice a week and get a haircut every week with how fast my hair has been growing. What shocked me is my skin, I've noticed my skin much less dryer, it also has this glow to it, and I'm a guy and yes I feel weird saying that my skin has a glow, but it's true ... My skin hasn't looked this healthy in so so many years. I've noticed that I am now going to the bathroom more regularly, it's definitely been helping my stomach with less bloating, and flow of bowel movement, I do feel lighter and that feeling truly helps me mentally. Now, I haven't felt a difference in energy at all, but maybe that's because of the fact that I'm already active, but my sleep patterns have changed since using this product I've been sleeping better. I started out using 3 packets a day for the first week and then I brought it down to 2 a day. One in the morning and the other at night before bed and that regimen works perfectly for me. This thing mixes well with water, no smell at all and I find it better to use the unflavored one but that's my preference. I've also used it in shakes as well. I saw a review of someone pouring it directly into their mouth, I tried it and prefer it in water or my shakes. I think one to two packets a day is more than enough. I started off with three just to get it into my system and after that just two and then I will plan to just use one a day to see if I still notice a difference. I will follow up again after using it for 6 months.

I was super excited to try this as my friends had been talking about colostrum, and I have been taking collagen for a while. I put 2 packets in my coffee the first morning (2/3 of a daily serving) and moved on with my day. I had lunch with my husband and went out to dinner with some friends and over the course of the day was in so. much. pain. I honestly don't know the word for it - bloated? crampy? Really, it just felt like my entire abdomen was filled with trapped gas that wouldn't release. My husband was surprised because we ate the exact same thing. I went to bed in pain but woke up better the next day and did it all over again with the same results. This time I made the connection. I don't have allergies/food sensitivities, am on no medications, and can pretty much eat whatever I want, so I never thought I'd have an adverse reaction to a supplement. Just be aware of the possibility of having the complete opposite outcome of what you'd expect for seemingly no reason. I read that some people dealt with these "side effects" for a month or so before it eased up. I canNOT imagine going through that for a month! I'm planning on giving this to my friend who loves colostrum. I'm aware it works for some people but can have devastating effects on others. Try these packets first (or better yet, try a friend's!) before getting any for yourself. It's an expensive experiment.

Since I have started taking Armra, which has been over a year ago, it has helped my guy health immensely, I can eat different foods without it bothering me and I feel like my skin, hair and nails are much healthier overall. This product is a 10 out 10, you won’t regret buying it. Thank you

I've only been using for 8 days so far, but I've been thinking about buying ARMRA for at least 6 months, but thought it a little pricey and have wasted SOOO, SOOO MUCH $ on junk products. I HAVE NOT noticed more energy (so hoping i did) I HAVE noticed alot less bloating , I HAVE NOT noticed any better sleep . Only 8 days in, maybe energy , and better sleep to come, and thats mainly what I bought it for.
