My daughter carries stress in her neck and shoulders so I bought this as a gift for her. She loves that it is large enough to wrap around her neck and shoulders and doesn't fall off. With the lavender smell and the warmth from heating it in the microwave, she feels like she's at the spa. I will be ordering this as a gift for my friends when they are going through difficult times. It's the perfect pick me up, feel good gift.

My favorite! It drapes completely on the back of your neck and around your shoulders it is very soothing and comforting. Smells great too!

I got one of these as a gift about 20 years ago, and about two years ago the canvas that holds the filling started to wear. I dutifully sewed up every tear but finally had to let it go. I bought at least eight other expensive alternatives, but NONE of them came close to the relief I got from this one. The difference is that the canvas is sewn into baffles so there not a lot of loose filling; and that it’s not just flaxseed reeled, but also filled with actual lavender buds. It NEVER loses its scent. And provides moist warm, glorious smelling comfort. I just got a one today and I’m giving away all of my other ones. Well worth every penny.

I love using this wrap if I am having some neck or back pain. It heats up quickly and has an awesome lavender smell to it. I highly recommend.

I like most things about this products. I like the lavender scent, the soft furry cover, the size is OK. The ability to heat and cool it is a big plus. I don’t like the weight- it is quite heavy for my shoulders and it doesn’t comfort very readily to most surfaces such as neck. If it had Velcro ties perhaps it would stay in place. My least favorite thing is that the pellets inside the baffles shift and end up on one end, so one has to struggle to keep those pellets in place. I don’t think I would buy this product again just because it is not very versatile and too heavy for comfort and for travel.

I love the scent, softness and size of this heat wrap. I have tried others and this is the best! It heats so well in the microwave and is so relaxing. I have chronic neck and back issues and this is so helpful. It is great to use anywhere I need and comforts the aches and pains. I use this every night! This is my second one only since I wore out the scent after a couple of years of daily use. They also make great gifts! I highly recommend this for anyone.

What a disappointment. I should have believed the negative reviews. On the plus side: the cover is plush and beautiful. The fragrance is lovely. ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE: the thing does NOT get hot....or even much above lukewarm. I have had other sizes of this same product that have lasted for years with frequent use that got HOT. Not sure what changed at the company, but this thing is bad. This thing is USELESS. I returned it immediately. Who would keep a heat wrap that doesn't heat?
