### ⭐⭐ Not for hot yoga class- squeaks w every turn

I do not recommend this mat for hot yoga. it’s okay for grip…still not as good as using a towel. It is the squeakiest mat! In the quietude and intensity of a hot yoga class this mat squeaked with every turn, twist and low lunge to downward dog. The squeaks were loud. I would go from Crescent Lunge to Warrior 2 and as my foot turned in the mat, a squeak as loud as a NY rat king in danger was released. the thickness is good 👍🏼
