I purchased Lotrimin AF Ringworm Cream (clotrimazole 1%) to use for a suspected fungal diaper rash on my babies after regular diaper creams weren’t fully helping. My first impression was that it’s easy to apply, spreads smoothly, and a small amount goes a long way. The texture is light and not overly greasy, which makes it practical for diaper area use. In daily use, I noticed improvement fairly quickly once I started applying it consistently as directed. The redness and irritation began to calm down, and the rash gradually started clearing up. It’s gentle enough for sensitive skin when used carefully, but still strong enough to target the fungal issue effectively, which was exactly what I needed. Overall, this worked really well for us and made a noticeable difference. I’m glad I had it on hand for a stubborn diaper rash that didn’t respond to regular creams.

Product was delivered on time and when promised. Not sure of the exact results of the cream but seems to be working for the projected use.

I was very hesitant to order because some reviews said it didn't work but I've had a stubborn ringworm on my leg that wouldn't go away no matter what I put on it. Some things made it worse. After first use I had already noticed a significant difference. Now day 3 almost gone completely.

I picked up Ringworm on a trip and was mortified and embarrassed. I really didn't want to have to go to the doctor, so I ordered Lotrimin AF Ringworm cream. It worked! It took a good week, but the Ringworm cleared up completely. Yes, I would recommend Lotrimin AF Ringworm.

It’s a very small tube and expensive. I went through the tube within a few days. It does seem like it was helping for the few days but would not purchase again without reading the size of the package
