You might get 2 x 36 inches, but no more, if you want side-by-side. The arm works to allow side-by-side. Super sturdy and well-built. The arm supports the weight and is adjustable. These monitors are heavy. It is effortless to assemble and easy to adjust to the correct weight tension; the tilt tension is super solid and adjustable as well. Cable tidy is super handy, and the desk space is free now, which makes this super worthwhile.
