**Q: I am 5' 3" and a size 12/14, and wear a large in spalding yoga pants... should i go with size l in these, or is xl the safer bet?**
A: I am also 5'3 and usually wear 12/14 in USA. I went with a XL in these and got some in 28" inseam and some in 30". I like the 28" inseam better, but my legs are short so shorter inseam.
