Bioda Multi-Purpose Probiotic Enzyme Cleaner and Deodorizer, 1 Gallon

This stuff worked WONDERS. We have two dogs, two cats, and two kids, so we have messes way more than I’d like to admit. This cleaner smells great and really works into the carpet to get rid of any tough stains and smells. Overall, I will definitely be purchasing again.

We’ve purchased this enzyme cleaner twice now, and it’s become a staple in our cleaning routine. It has a nice, clean scent without that strong chemical smell you get with a lot of pet cleaners. We don’t have carpet, so I haven’t personally tested it on pet stains, but I use it for mopping, wiping down walls, deodorizing pet bedding, and freshening up other soft surfaces. It does a great job of keeping the house smelling fresh and clean without being overpowering. Definitely a product I’ll keep buying!

Does what all the others only claim to do! I rarely write product reviews but absolutely had to do it for this stuff. Low odor, the scent doesn’t bother me (and I am scent-sitive). Absolutely KNOCKED OUT the vet’s office type funk I had in my basement from a dog and several cats. I tried so many other options, including products that Cain to have enzymatic action. I found they usually had a strong scent but only masked the problem. Not this one!! Add it to your laundry if you have a funky smell, use it to shampoo your carpets for an unbelievably clean feel. Moo tile with it to knock out any pet residue from food or accidents. I straight up dilute this in a spray bottle and spray it on my furniture and decorative drapes and pillows. It doesn’t require rinsing and dries leaving the item feeling refreshed. Have a pet? GET IT! Have laundry funk? GET IT! I’m ordering my second bottle now and have already recommended to two other pet owners - one who noticed that I had finally knocked the funk smell out of the basement. Glowing review? Check!

This cleaning product was the best product I've ever used on my laminated and ceramic tile floors. It cleaned better, got rid of dog accident stains and smells refreshing.

I've used it for the first time in a room where our dog spends a lot of time. Cleaned surfaces pretty good and it helped reduce the dog odors in the room. Overall not bad considering the cost. No harshness or chemical smells. I'll use it a while and update this review.

So far so good! I feed a couple of stray cats on our front porch every day and I started noticing a strong plasticky kind of smell outside and intensely in the empty food bowls when I would retrieve them to wash and put out fresh food. It doesn't smell particularly ammonia-y or musky, but it lingers like crazy, even after a scrubbing with dawn powerwash. It is clearly some kind of animal pee, but I don't believe it to be cat pee. We see possums, raccoons, and foxes around the house at night, so I'm thinking its one of them. In any event I needed something that would eliminate the smell on both the food bowls and the porch. I had a little bit of a pet urine cleaner spray left, which I used immediately. It didn't help on the food bowl, and I quickly ran out of it. Enter this product after a search and reading reviews. I like that this is concentrated, so the gallon will last a LONG time, a good value. I don't much care what the scent is, as long as it kills the marking scent. This legit smells like lemonade. Very light and pleasant. So much so I sort of wonder if it's just diluted lemon juice (half kidding!). After trying it on the food bowl it worked almost instantly. I'm letting it sit on the bowl in the sink for a while instead of immediately rinsing to give it time to work before I need the bowls again. I sprayed down the porch with it after the most recent marking and so far it's still smells like nothing out there. I am pleased! It will continue to use it routinely to keep the porch smelling fresh and to clean the bowls. Next up, we'll use it to clean the litter boxes inside and on the floor around them. So far so good! I can't speak to stain removal because I do not have carpet or stained items to try it on. Out indoor kitties do well keeping to their litter box and 80% of the house is hard floors. The bottle arrived safely with no leaks. The seal under the lid was intact. Because it is concentrated and in a gallon jug, I reused a 1 quart spray bottle, adding 1 oz of Bioda cleaner to roughly 31 oz of water. There are easy instructions on the jug for dilution which recommends 2-5 oz per gallon of water for floors. 4 oz to the gallon, or 1 oz to the quart, seemed an easy ratio to use.

I have a 15.5 year old puppy and he has started having inside bathroom time. Try as I might, I cannot get him to go in the same space/on a pad. I have tried a few different versions of this similar product - with the enzymes, and probiotic, etc etc. None of them work as well as this one. When I search around for a product that works, I search until I find one. This is the one! It works so well, has a nice smell, and my carpet is not stinky :) Best cleaner for pet accidents!

As a mom of all boys.... this stuff is AMAZING I will never clean my bathrooms without it again. Truly eliminates that lingering urine smell! Also helps so much with my hubby's sweat pits on his clothes I spray a bit on and let it soak in before washing and it helps eliminate the lingering odors! I love that its a huge bottle and will last a long time!
