Comfortable and Durable
I really like this zafu, and it is of a very high quality. I'm tall (5'8") and it raises me off the floor enough to tuck my legs and still be comfortable. It has the right balance of give to be comfortable and mold to your body, but is not so squishy that you don't get support and stability. Unlike other zafu being sold, this came with no bugs: I opened up the two covers, and all the buckwheat hulls were perfectly clean. As a plus, the cover is very sturdy, made of a type of light canvas. For some reason my cat is drawn to this pillow, he loves to try to pounce and paw at it (I think he likes the sound the hulls make). His claws have snagged the cover, but there are no tears, holes, or snags. Win win!

Great Meditation Cushion
This cushion is very well made with sturdy, comfortable material, and very nice looking. This not only works well for meditating, but is also good if you have back or hip issues, as it helps keep your back straight and relieves the pressure, especially if you sit for long periods.

Not cheap but cannot fault it. No issue with bugs so far with the buckwheat.

Genial producto. Lo utilizo para realizar mildfutnes. Antes nunca había podido meditar sentada porque se me dormían las piernas. Con este zafu estoy 40 minutos muy cómoda. La funda se puede lavara y el relleno adecuar a las necesidades

Niente male per comodità e design.
È il primo cuscino da meditazione che acquisto, quindi non ho molte nozioni a riguardo. Però posso dire che è molto comodo e piacevole da vedere. Si può svuotare o riempire con altra pula di farro a seconda delle proprie esigenze.
