Do any of the attachments work with presta valves?

I'm tired of buying canned air for dust maintenance for computer, sewing machine, etc. Can I use this item for that type of job?

It will blow the dust out of those items, but you have to run it on a 12V inverter and you may not the pure air that you get from the canned compressed air. I wouldn’t use it for that purpose.

Why does the buyer have to contact the manufacture for warranty information ???
