**Q: How long does it take for the machine to warm up?**
A: A couple of minutes at most. It's quicker than boiling the kettle and you get a nicer coffee. Win win!

**Q: Is this machine plastic**
A: Most of the case is plastic. The drip tray crate is metal but yeah, most is plastic.
The machine looks super cute and while it worked - it made great coffee however the joy was short-lived as after about 20 uses-the pressure went down and coffee dripped literally drop ….. by …..drop . To make 1 espresso took 10 minutes.
I had to return unfortunately 😕

**Q: Can you use lavazza fresh coffee or is this for pods only?**
A: Hello, the Ariete 1389 is designed to use with fresh coffee.
Many thanks.

**Q: Can pods from Tassimo or nespresso work in this machine?**
A: It's for ground coffee and pods,not sure what pods you can use,  but it does take pods.
